I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect as it was close to the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our vegetarian breakfast needs were met. It was a pleasant surprise to find a hotel that catered so well to our dietary requirements. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with twin beds that were perfect for a good night's sleep. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Our hotel was situated in a great location; it was next to the tram line which made it easy for us to go around the city. the hotel is close to the tram stop which allowed us to get to the downtown easily. the hotel was near A101 grocery store and Kentplaza ave. the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. the buffet breakfast was delicious with various options.

There was a problem with the receptionist, who did not speak English, and the communication was difficult.
